Panathinaikos Beat Olympiacos in the Final 4 ‘Civil War’

mike-batistIn one of the best semi-finals in the recent final 4 basketball history, Panathinaikos and Olympiacos offered a hell of a spectacle in an encounter that proved to be an epic clash. The ‘Greens’ managed to beat the ‘Reds’ 84-82 with Jasikevicius and Batist bringing their A-Game to the court.

Panathinaikos – who make it back to the Euroleague Final after two years – will play for their fifth Euroleague title against CSKA Moscow who beat Barcelona in the first semi final. There are absolutely no favourites for this game as the two finalists have been dominating the elite of the basketball community for the past years and both of them are in top shape.
